Our MedSouth employee(s) and scanning equipment stay on-site, full-time, at your facility. We handle the entire ROI process.
Our MedSouth representatives visit your facility routinely, usually once a week, using our secure equipment and supplies. We do everything including processing all records, billing and equipment maintenance—all you do is pull and re-file charts.
We train your employee(s) on our system to scan records to our secure server, and we reimburse your facility for your employee’s portion of the work. We serve as a permanent screener and double-check for all records prior to their release. You may qualify to receive secure scanning equipment at no charge to you. 
The precautions we take while handling confidential patient information are extensive. This includes our proprietary SafetyScan® software, an added level of quality which not only ensures confidentiality is maintained, but that all HIPAA security requirements and federal and state guidelines are met.
