MCT - Medical Correspondence Technician (assigned representative) FS - Field Specialist RM - Regional Manager Dir of OPS - Director of Operations QSA - Quality Service Auditor
Service is performed by an assigned MCT for routine coverage. Field Specialists are utilized as needed for additional or back-up coverage. Regional Managers and Director of Operations train and supervise personnel. In addition, facility criteria are established by these managers in order to customize service with each facility.
